How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  US domestic shipping is $3 flat rate per order. Canadian shipping is $20 flat rate per order.  We only ship to the US and Canada.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Nissa Jewelry.com will accept new, unworn items in their original packaging for store credit only within 14 days of your receipt of order with the following exceptions:

Today Show Steals & Deals items and sale items are FINAL SALE. No return, no exchanges, no exceptions. Sale items are not returnable. Custom or sized jewelry is non-returnable. If the jewelry has been worn and the tags removed, it is not returnable.

Items must be returned in new and resalable condition and in its original packaging.
*Once your return is processed, you will receive a store credit notification by email.
*Please allow one to one week for the processing of your return once we receive it. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
*We recommend shipping exchanged merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail) for tracking purposes (please, retain your tracking receipt).
*Nissa Jewelry will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

To return an item for exchange or store credit, please follow these simple steps:
*Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number via email at info@nissajewelry.com. We will not accept packages without an RA number.
*Include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package.
*Send insured package to the return shipping address provided to you.
*Should you return a package or an item that was not approved for return without contacting us, the items will be refused and will be returned to you at your expense.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product at info@nissajewelry.com.

When will my order ship?
  Please allow 3-7 days for order shipping for ground US orders depending on your location. Today Show orders should be received within 14 days of the date you placed your order. We ship TO THE US AND CANADA ONLY. Domestic US shipping costs are a flat fee per order. Please allow 2 weeks for Canadian shipping. Canadian shipping starts at $20.
